Have something worth

shooting.

Want to make a video? Pull your phone out and voilà. Now take that same phone and write a script for that video. Not so much of a voilà. Because knowing what you want from your actors is very different from giving them their lines. And knowing what you want your supers to convey is very different from getting it down to three words. Our video script writing services can be that difference for you.

About our video script writing services

It begins with a brief: a super tight one that tells us exactly what you want to say. And we’ll insist it be one message because that’s all an average viewer has time to digest. Got two things to say? No problem — we’ll write two briefs.

After the brief, we talk overall budget so we can avoid script ideas that open on a shot of a young couple floating down the Amazon River in a gold canoe if there’s no money to do that right (but we’d love to write that, so see what you can do).

Once we have a brief and budget, we move to the brainstorm, and isn’t that a barrel of laughs. Idea after idea thrown up on the wall, mostly crappy, some okay and three to five genius, which will be the ones you see. You’ll pick one, we’ll present it to your team, and then we can either get off the train or stick around for the shoot, edit, transfer and launch.

Copyediting and proofreading for video scripts

We’ll make sure there are no factual inconsistencies in your script so you won’t have to reconvene the crew to reshoot, re-edit and revisit your budget for next year because you blew it all on a new version of your video.

French translation for video scripts

Some people still call it dubbing. We’re among that group of people, mostly because we like to say dubbing. Try it. Dubbing. We just thought of Dubya. What a nickname.

Anyway, we can translate any TV or video script for dubbing. We can also take the essence of a spot or video and rewrite it in French to deliver the same sentiment.

Video script writing tip

If your video has a lot of information to convey, use your supers when you can. But make sure your script copy isn’t saying what your viewer is reading. That’s valuable time wasted on redundancy.

How Can We Help You?

If it’s on the list, we can do it. If it’s not on the list, we can probably still do it. Either way, let’s talk.

Thanks! As soon as your request makes it through cyberspace, we’ll give it a look. Until then, enjoy the best of Niles Crane. Pound for pound, there’s never been a better TV character.
